OBS’s Places To Ride Your Motorcycle This Summer

Deciding on where to ride your motorcycle doesn't have to be a daunting task. Sometimes, being Original means just revving up your engine and letting the road guide you. But that can also lead you to non-biker friendly locations. So,Original Bike Spirits has made summer riding easier for you.  Here's a list of our top places to visit in the Northeast region:

Blackthorn Resort. If you're in the Northeast and looking for some awesome motorcycle riding, be sure to include the Blackthorne Resort inEast Durham,NY nestled in the heart of the beautiful Catskill Mountains.  You will find a very biker-friendly place with a great bar featuring live music and a peaceful atmosphere that will be hard to leave.

Lake George. Lake George, NY is another popular summer destination that is easy to get to and offers something for everyone, young and old, all with the backdrop of the beautiful lake surrounding you.

Laconia New Hampshire. Laconia is a wonderful, picturesque location, well known for their annual Bike Week in June.  But even if you didn't get to the Rally this year, riding to and around Laconia is well worth a trip.  Riding up the Kancamagus Highway through theWhite Mountains is a MUST.

Indian Motorcycle Museum. There is the notorious Indian Motorcycle Museum in Springfield, MA for all of our antique motorcycle fans.  And of course, if you own an Indian motorcycle, a trip to Springfield should be mandatory!

Old Forge. Old Forge, NY is one of those quiet, sleepy towns that make you feel as if you've traveled back in time when you visit the old-fashioned Mom & Pop stores (don't miss the famous hardware store), and ride through the town, taking in the views of the Moose River
